Our range of products can be divided
into four families:
A) Furnaces under vacuum
and gas pressure: ECM USA manufactures a complete customized
range of fully automatic vacuum furnaces with unique engineering
designs. Configuration of our furnaces can be horizontal, vertical,
bottom loading, or bell type, temperature range from 200°C
to 3000°C with primary or high vacuum, at pressure as high
as 100 bars. The shield and resistors can be made of molybdenum,
tungsten or graphite. Our line of horizontal and bottom loading
furnaces, especially designed for heat treat shops and aeronautical
industries, benefits a new design with multiflux quenching abilities.
This line of products includes the crystal growing machine (GaAs)
for electronic and the polycrystalline silicon for solar cells.
B) The low pressure carburizing installations
ICBP and the INFRACARB®
process: ECM USA is the world leader in this
field.
C) Conventional furnaces:
classic furnaces for heat treatment (continuous, pot, rotary hearth,
batch and flexible plants).
D) Specialty applications:
the CRISP machine that provides automatic treatment coupled with
press quench (this machine was originally dedicated for diaphragm
springs).
