• Robotic or manual AGV/AMR vehicle systems for loading/unloading via remote load assembly/disassembly
• Plug-n-play installation and self-initializing robotics make installation/commissioning possible without service intervention (service available if preferred)

TEMPER SPECIFICATIONS
• Insulation (sidewall, bottom, and floor): 125mm thick
• Insulation (rock wool): Stainless steel sheet
• Furnace Interior: 3 separate chambers for 3 batch positions (separately operational)
• Loading/Unloading robotic integration
• Entry/Exit: separate front door for each level
• Door Movement: horizontal through pneumatic cylinder for positive sealing
• Each chamber equipped with separate gas exit in rear wall
• Internal deflectors for optimum temperature/flow distribution
• Heating elements positioned between insulation/deflectors
• Temperature uniformity (Hot): +/-6°C
• One (1) heating zone per chamber to control level temperatures
• Three (3) dual-thermocouples type K (one per chamber) for monitoring internal temperature, including a port for System Accuracy Testing (SAT)

• Easy accessibility to installed components for maintenance/repair
