FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER*
The Field Service Engineer will help oversee the installation, startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and follow-up service, maintenance, and warranty repair of ECM Group industrial treatment furnaces sent to North America, Mexico, and South America from ECM Technologies' production facility in France. This position will collaborate with a variety of colleagues across project teams from engineering and product development to implementation and manufacturing. Must have valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN*
This position will work directly from our customer job sites assisting with installation support, warranty repair, technical troubleshooting, training, preventive maintenance, and emergency services. Assists mechanical and electrical installation crews from the arrival of the equipment through the arrival of the equipment’s start-up team. Must have valid Driver’s License and good driving record.

SALES ENGINEER
This position is responsible for accelerating ECM Group equipment sales through targeted customer needs. This position provides full technical service sales support from lead generation to final contract acceptance, which includes but is not limited to, new business sales efforts, current customer interactions, technical analysis, and final contract reviews. To excel in this role, you must have a compelling sales personality as well as motivation to find and pursue new business opportunities.
SERVICE MANAGER
This position oversees and manages the development, coordination, and delivery of all field engineering and technical service work performed on ECM products within the United States (installation, start-up, commissioning, performance analysis, upgrade, customization, maintenance, repair, etc). Limited domestic (25%) and international (10%) travel required.
*Note: This position requires everyday maintenance and operation of equipment that will interfere with artificial pulse generators within the body due to substantial electromagnetic field. Applicants with Pacemakers or equivalent cannot be considered for this position.
