FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER*
The Field Service Engineer will help oversee the installation, startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and follow-up service, maintenance, and warranty repair of ECM Group industrial treatment furnaces sent to North America, Mexico, and South America from ECM Technologies' production facility in France. This position will collaborate with a variety of colleagues across project teams from engineering and product development to implementation and manufacturing. Must have valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN*
In this position, you will work on customer job sites providing installation/startup assistance, warranty repair, technical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and emergency service. This position will collaborate with a variety of colleagues across project teams from engineering and product development to implementation and manufacturing. Must be able to travel up to 75-85% of the time. A valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.
*Note: This position requires everyday maintenance and operation of equipment that will interfere with artificial pulse generators within the body due to substantial electromagnetic field. Applicants with Pacemakers or equivalent cannot be considered for this position.
