NANO Integrated with Robotics | SEW-EURODRIVE
ECM USA speaks with Chris Rollins, Heat Treat Supervisor at SEW-EURODRIVE in Lyman, South Carolina, about their NANO vacuum furnace system with robotics for workload assembly/disassembly. This system also integrates SEW-EURODRIVE's MOVITRANS® patented inductive energy power transfer supply system in the ECM vacuum furnace transfer system.

SHERCO is a French company, founded in 1998 by Marc Teissier and Andreu Codina, both former trials riders. SHERCO manufactures Trial and Enduro motorbikes. The company has chosen to integrate heat treatment into its workshops in order to control the entire value chain and the quality of its products. To achieve this, it has invested in a low-pressure carburizing and gas quenching furnace from ECM Technologies.
